DESTYL

Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Introduction and scope

DestylerieAI GmbH ("we", "our" or "us") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit this corporate website or contact us through it, on what legal basis, for how long, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

It applies only to this website. If you use the Destyl platform as a customer, separate terms and a data processing agreement govern that use and are provided as part of your service contract. It also does not apply to third-party websites we link to.

2. Controller

DestylerieAI GmbH, Ostendstr. 111, 90482 Nürnberg, Germany
Represented by Deepankar Bhagat, Managing Director

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to. For any privacy question, write to the address above.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on a server operated by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, located in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The site is delivered through the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which routes requests, caches static files and protects the site against attacks. Cloudflare processes connection data, including your IP address, for this purpose; it does so under its EU data processing addendum and the EU standard contractual clauses. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data in log files: the page requested, date and time, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, your browser and operating system, and your IP address. This data is needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and identify faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are kept for 14 days and then deleted.

4. Contact form and email

If you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we process the details you provide: first and last name, company and email address, together with the content of your message. We use them solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Submissions are sent by email to our mailbox at Zoho Mail, operated by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands, with data stored in Zoho’s data centres in the European Union, and kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, after which they are deleted unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Cookies, analytics and embedded content

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising or social media plugins. To understand how the site is used we run Umami, an open-source analytics tool, on our own server in Germany. Umami sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you across other websites. It records, in aggregated form, which pages are opened, the referring site, the country and city derived from your IP address, the browser and the device type, and clicks on a few buttons such as the demo video and the contact buttons. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Because no cookies are set and no personal data is stored, no consent banner is shown. The product videos on this site are served from our own server; no third-party video provider is involved.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We pass personal data on only to the service providers named in this notice, who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements, or where we are legally obliged to do so. We do not sell personal data. Data is processed within the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the EU standard contractual clauses.

7. Data security

This site is delivered over an encrypted connection (TLS). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss, and review them as the site and our processing change.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice or as required by law. Specific periods are given in the sections above.

9. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, including a request to delete the data we hold about you, email [email protected]. We answer within one month.

To exercise any of these rights, write to the contact address in section 2. We respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving your request.

10. Special categories of data and children

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly process, special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, such as health data or data revealing political or religious views. Please do not include such information in the contact form.

This website is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the website or our processing changes, and show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
